Borderland
Borderland.
Separation.
Differentiation.
I am here.
You are there.
Two lands.
Geographically
the same landscape.
Culturally
politically
mentally
two distant planets.
A wall that impedes
not only humans
passing through.
But even
the natural patrolling
of the populations
of original fauna.
An habitat slashed.
An unhealed scar.
On one side
supposed progress.
On the other side
supposed misery.
No side has it all
nor all progress
nor all misery.
Both sides have
their own joy
their own drama
their own caring
